CalypsoCalypso is a beautiful line of feminine dresses, blouses, skirts, and a lifestyle of what it feels like to be a girl, created and designed by, Christiane Celle. Made of the finest fabrics, Calypso is well renowned for vibrant use of color palette and luxurious fabrics. Before creating her empire, Christiane was a stylist from 1984 to 1989 in NY, Australia, and the islands of the Caribbean. She finally moved to St. Bathelemy where the idea was born for her fist boutique CALYPSO St. Barth. In 1995, she opened her first boutique in East Hampton and now Calypso has over 30 locations and is available at select boutiques. Within 10 years, this French New Yorker opened 20 boutiques in the United States and has just started to conquer Europe, opening four stores in France. In 2001, Christiane Celle decided to take a step further and launched her wholesale activity, making her clothing and fragrances available for resale.
