Tarina TarantinoAfter starting out in the fashion industry as a model, Tarina changed career paths and became a make-up artist. She was always looking for special pieces of jewelry and hair clips, but could never seem to find any. It was around this time she began making jeweled hair clips for herself and people would literally buy them off her. Alfonso Campos, her now husband, took some of these eclectic pieces to higher end stores and received several orders. Thus, in 1995, Tarina Tarantino Inc. is born. In the 1990's accessories were almost non-existent in the pages of fashion magazines and stores. Tarina Tarantino's colorful and inventive designs were, and continue to be, a breath of fresh air.
