Returns and Exchanges:
RosieTrue.com accepts returns on all NON-SALE unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days for a full refund. Please contact email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must include this number on your return package. Any packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Anything recieved after 21 days will NOT be processed.
All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE
Please note: All shipping charges are non-refundable.
RosieTrue.com reserves the right to refuse a refund if merchandise is returned damaged, worn or outside of the 14 day return period.
Returns accepted at any Rosie True location for store credit only, no refunds will be given in-store.

Rosie True In Store Return Policy: Returns accepted within seven days for store credit or exchange only. No cash or credit card refunds. Final sale on all swimwear, underpinnings, jewelry and sale items. No returns accepted after seven days. Store credit is good for one year. Thank you.

Rosie True will gladly accept returns for Daily Deals up to 14 days from the date you originally received it. Your packing slip will have the last possible date we will be able to accept it back into our inventory. Please email us at email@example.com to obtain your return authorization number and return instructions.
Return merchandise accepted 14 days after purchase for an online merchandise credit only (original sales price plus applicaple taxes). To receive merchandise credit for return, items must be in original condition with tags attached. Swimwear and intimate apparel are final sale items and cannot be returned.
Unfortunately items received after 14 days cannot be accepted for merchandise credit and will be returned to you.
Shipping & Handling
Rosietrue.com offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING within the Continental US on all orders over $250.
All orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1pm EST will begin processing and ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing but not ship until Monday.
At the time of checkout you will have the option to choose an expedited form of shipping quoted from official UPS shipping rates.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number.
RosieTrue.com ships via UPS and therefore is unable to ship to PO Boxes.
International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination.Rates usually range between $25-$75. Once your order has been submitted Customer Service will email you your total including shipping charges. Most shipments will be sent via the U.S Postal Service, all others will be sent by UPS.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Rosietrue.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from Rosietrue.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to rosietrue.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All International orders are Final Sale. Returns will not be accepted.
All orders placed outside the state of Florida will not be charged sales tax. All orders placed within Florida will be charged 7% sales tax.
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.

Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.
