ONLINE RETURN POLICY

RosieTrue.com accepts returns on all NON-SALE unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days for a full refund to your original form of payment. Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must include this number on your return package. Any packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Anything received after 21 days will NOT be processed.

All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments.

Please note: All shipping charges are non-refundable.

RosieTrue.com reserves the right to refuse a refund if merchandise is returned damaged, worn or outside of the 14 day return period. Returns accepted at any Rosie True location for store credit or exchange only, no refunds will be given in-store.Please contact customerservice@rosietrue.com for availability of desired exchange items.

Please ship your return via an insured trackable service as RosieTrue.com cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five days of receipt of your return. Please be sure to send your returns or exchanges to:
